Once we your wash pass account has been set up and activated we will contact you (If the email doesn't turn up, please be sure to check your Junk Folder) to arrange a suitable time for the placement sticker to your vehicle windshield before your first use. The Unlimited Wash Pass is vehicle specific and can only be associated with one vehicle. A RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Decal) decal wirelessly approves your Unlimited Wash Pass each time you wash, it must be placed on your vehicle windshield. If you purchase a new vehicle simply contact us to update your vehicle profile and install a new RFID decal.
Unlimited Wash Pass fees are automatically billed to your credit card each month in advance and each month thereafter until such time as the agreement is terminated by you or by Grand Wash Auto.
The Unlimited Wash Pass is month to month, there are no long term commitments or contracts, no hidden cancellation charges. In the event that you would like to cancel your membership, Grand Wash Auto must receive written notice 14 days before your billing date. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
