Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Treat the Gift Card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed Gift Cards are:

• Redeemable for car wash services at Grand Wash Auto by simply presenting it for payment when making a car wash purchase.
• Not redeemable for cash.
• Additional value may be added to Gift Cards at anytime via our pay stations.

Unused value remains on card and cannot be redeemed for cash. It is up to you to use the full value on the Gift Card. If purchased exceeds available Card balance, you must make up the difference with another payment method. Your are liable for all transactions on your Card except to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.

We reserved the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to Terms of Use will be available on the Grand Wash Auto website.

Contact Grand Wash Auto on (03)9499 8300 if you have any reason to believe an error has occured in relation to a Gift Card.

Use And Disclosure Of Personal Information

As set out in accordance with this privacy policy, GRAND WASH AUTO will only use the personal information we collect:

• For the main purpose(s) for which it was disclosed at the time of collection
• Where you have consented to the use or disclosure

Generally we will use and disclose your personal information for the following purposes:

• To establish and maintain your relationship as an applicant for a position, including providing you with interviews, reference checking,
• To provide the services you have requested from GRAND WASH AUTO
• To answer your enquiry
• To register you for events, or competitions etc.
• For direct marketing of products or services and to keep you informed of new developments we believe may be of interest to you. (If we contact you in this way without obtaining your prior consent, we will provide you with the opportunity to decline any further marketing communications)
• Providing a service to you as a GRAND WASH AUTO club member including offering you special offers, inviting you to participate in our competitions and surveys, etc.
