Super convenient and easy! And the best part is your car paint doesn’t get damaged!! The team are amazing and it’s great being able to vacuum the car for free and dry the car down with a towel they provide you!Would absolutely recommend this place!!

Best result on an assisted auto wash I've ever used, reasonably priced + complimentary vacuums and towels. Clearly well staffed and taken care of. Busy but the wait from street level was less than 5 minutes. Will be returning / recommending.

Fantastic car wash by Az - he was so helpful and made sure all the marks on my daughters car came off. Even came over and adjusted our side mirrors before we drove off. Absolute champ! Thanks Az. Will be back with my car very soon!! Excellent!!

Great value for money. Clean gets clean pretty well. Can get a little too busy, would be good in there was an app that shows how busy the car wash is, so I can check it before deciding to go to the wash

Grand car wash in Ivanhoe is an awesome automated car wash business. The staff are considerate, friendly and helpful.The only thing I would fix is the "Unlimited" signs you have everywhere.I've been told by staff that it's one wash per car, per day and thus making it limited.Regards,Diah Hammoud

They have definitely done their research and incorporated some of the most advanced chemicals there is when it comes to protecting your car whilst providing enough strength to give your car that clean it needs ( made sure to ask prior as I am very cautious when it comes to my car)Not like your ordinary automatic (touch-less) car wash which uses those harsh chemicals and eventually makes your car look like your rusted lawn mower.this place is actually staffed which do some of the work needed prior to entering the wash ‘tunnel’ in order to avoid having to use those corrosive chemicals.And to top it off a free vacuum station if you choose to tidy up indoors at the end.I chose a membership option as I will be coming back on a regular basis which saves me coin on the already similar prices they have at some automatic car washes, which by the way you should never be using.100% recommended and impressed.

My car was filthy entering the auto car wash.It had sat under a gumtree collecting sap and grime for months.It came out absolutely spotless.Couldn’t recommend the place more!

Now that I have found this car wash it is the only one I will ever go to!Easy way to choose your desired service and pay via touch screen, they hose down the car prior to the auto clean, then you get to use the vacuum for free for the inside of the car.Staff were friendly to check if I needed any assistance and helped out with some troublesome mould spots on my roof.

Update 2024: This Business deserves a 5 Star review. They survived the Lock down and in today's high cost of living times, they are still able to keep their Basic wash at $18. Which is perhaps the best value for money auto car wash joint in Melbourne.Original Review from 2020.$15 basic wash is very good already. The free vacuum stations are great!

This is so much fun. It’s a very safe water tunnel style car wash with 2 people doing a pre wash the pop your car into neutral for the ride through. It’s like going to Disneyland with all of the coloured lights and cleaning action. Then limitless vacuum bays with wiping towels available. I love it

I was always wary of automatic car washes as mostly they did a poor job. This car wash changed my mind and is the bees knees. You go in dirty and come out clean...simple and as it should be.It removes difficult stains like bird droppings etc. with ease. Why the others fail but this one doesn't I don't know. All I know is I keep coming back.

Serhan and his team went over and above today to make sure my car was clean, as it had stubborn marks from a long regional drive. It's refreshing to find people who are committed to customer service because they genuinely care and are nice people. I've been going to this car wash for years, with the free vacuum, drying cloths, and quick and effective wash. Today required a special mention because they didn't have to but they did anyway, and I appreciated the extra effort. A heart-felt thank you!
